I am writing for some advice. I am 30 years old and have what I consider as deep groves or marionette lines on the sides of my mouth. I have had them all my life and it doesn’t matter whether I have gained or lost weight, they are always noticeable. I absolutely hate them and I am very self-conscious about them. I have had dermal fillers as few times but they didn’t make much of a difference. The last time I had the dermal fillers the Dr who did them said that the fillers seem to be moved by my facial muscles and therefore don’t have much of an effect.
I have also spoken to two cosmetic surgeons via email about having a mini facelift but they said I was too young to have the procedure.
Is there anything that you could recommend? I have read up about suspension sutures, would these be an option. I basically just want the lower portion of my face to be tightened so that I don’t have these marionette lines anymore.
